General rental conditions for furnished tourist accommodation

  1. General provisions
The tenant may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the period provided for by this contract.
  1. Payment
The reservation is effective when the tenant returns a copy of this contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit (25% of the total amount) within 7 days of the date of signature of the contract by the owner. The balance of the rental is paid on the day of arrival, after an inventory. The price includes all charges, heating and linens supplied and installed. Only the tourist tax is in addition and to be paid at the end of the stay.
  1. Deposit - Security deposit
On arrival, a security deposit is requested by the owner. Its amount is 2000 euros.It will not be cashed by the owner and will be returned after compliance with the inventory of fixtures. Otherwise, to respond to the loss or damage that could be caused to objects, furniture, SPA or others. The bond or part could be used or deducted from the amount of replacement costs, work of the equipment. If the deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to make up the difference on the basis of supporting documents given by the owner.
4. Use of the premises
The tenant agrees to use the rental in a peaceful manner and to make good use of it. The accommodation will be left as clean as it will have found it on arrival and all equipment in working order.All the equipment appearing in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied during the inventory. The rental cannot under any circumstances be used by third parties. The number of tenants cannot exceed 8 people. The installation of tents or the parking of caravans on the land of the rented property is prohibited, except with the prior agreement of the owner. The owner will provide the accommodation as described and keep it in working order.
  1. Special cases
The number of tenants cannot exceed 6 adults and 2 children due to an extra 120cm bed.
  1. State of play
The inventory of fixtures and inventory of furniture and various equipment will be made at the start and end of the stay by the owner and the tenant. If the owner notices any damage, they will be subject to a deduction from the security deposit (see 3.). In the event of a dispute, an estimate will be made by a professional or an authorized body.
  1. Animals
Pets are not accepted. In the event of the presence of pets, despite the owner's refusal, this contract will be immediately terminated and the rental canceled.
  1. Termination or complaint conditions
Any cancellation by the tenant before the stay must be notified by registered letter.
The deposit remains with the owner if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before entering the premises.
In the event that the tenant does not show, this contract is considered terminated after 24 hours, the deposit remains with the owner who can dispose of his rental at the end of this 24 hour period.
In the event of confinement decided by the ministry, the entire deposit will be returned.
In the event of cancellation by the owner, he reimburses double the amount of the deposits received.
In the event of interruption of the stay by the tenant, no refund will be made (if the owner's responsibility is not called into question) except for the security deposit.
In the event of proof of serious reasons (illness, family death, etc.) making it impossible to continue the stay, a refund will be made in proportion to the duration of the occupation.
Any complaint about the inventory… must be made in writing within 7 days of the day of arrival. An amicable settlement will always be favored.
  1. Insurance
The tenant is required to insure the premises that are rented to him and must therefore check that his home insurance contract provides for resort extension (vacation rental). An insurance certificate will be requested upon entering the premises or failing that, a sworn statement.
